Saline Tattoo Removal

Saline tattoo removal is an innovative technology that draws old pigment to the surface. We recommend this service for old permanent makeup, like microblading, to prepare the area for fresh cosmetic tattoo application.

Saline Tattoo Removal FAQ

  • How does saline tattoo removal work?

During the service we tattoo a sterile saline solution into the treatment area. This solution breaks up old pigment and draws it to the surface.

  • Does saline tattoo removal hurt?

A medical-grade numbing cream will be applied to the treatment area before your service. While the treatment isn’t comfortable, most clients report that the discomfort is manageable.

  • How many sessions are required?

How many sessions you need depends on several factors, including how old the pigment is and how deep it was deposited into the skin. Most clients need 3-6 sessions to prepare them for new permanent makeup application.

  • I don't see the service listed on your booking system, how do I schedule?

We require a consultation prior to booking Saline Tattoo Removal. If you would like to inquire about this service please book a consultation.

  • Can I get this done if I've had laser tattoo removal?

Unfortunately due to the mechanism of action for laser tattoo removal, we cannot perform saline tattoo removal if you’ve had laser done previously.
